The lawyer had a good knowledge and understanding of the relevant laws. I was pleased that he also considered the general procedures about how the relevant issues are generally dealt with in real life, which is not explicitly stated in the ACT. He was able to clearly answer my questions and was also proactive by suggesting some potential problems which could arise, even though I did not even ask about it specifically. He has conducted himself in a professional manner throughout the meeting and was able to recommend other people to whom I could turn for help, in case such need would arise.

Silvie Maranis was as helpful as she could be within the limitations of time that I had to get advice. Silvie advised that there was no room for negotiation on exceeding the speed limit without my licence being suspended. She also advised that I might be able to request that no criminal charge be recorded, despite having an unblemished record. This was not successful. Silvie gave me helpful and extensive advice about how to plea my case, unfortunately, the Magistrate was impatient and I was unable to give him an explanation about this unusual circumstances that led to me speeding. I paid $295 for a one hour consultation with Silvie, travel costs came to $100 and my fine was $100 instead of the scheduled $534, so on balance, the fine was voided. Silvie was helpful and I would recommend her for her professionalism, knowledge and patience explaining how best to manage my case. I chose not to proceed with rescheduling of my case as it was not likely to succeed and could add up to $2200 to my legal fees. I highly recommend Silvie.

Kirsten was really professional, talked me through all of the possible outcomes, was never over bearing and if I didn’t understand something she was extremely patient with me. Would consider using her again and I recommend the service, they got back to me quickly and it was all very professional. And all from the comfort of my own home.

I was pretty impressed right from the very beginning and they seemed quite organised. Kristen was very good to talk to. She cleared up all the questions I had and I felt like she had a good understanding of our situation. Would highly recommend! What I like most is that they were very polite and friendly, and didn't make you seem like another customer paying money by doing the minimum requirement. This company is the real deal!

Ty McLeod was amazing. Assisted me in having my traffic offense thrown out when I was suspecting the worst. Could not have had a better outcome. Well being the first time I've needed a lawyer in my life and only briefly going through the situation and what's needed to be done before the matter is heard in court has been a positive one that's left me with a clearer picture and has put my mind at ease somewhat. Initial phone appointment lasted 26 minutes and 24 seconds. After reading other peoples experiences it doesn't matter if your appointment lasts less than half of the allotted time they don't credit or reimburse you. Lawyer seem great though.
